Entrepreneurial and generous individuals deserve wings. That's why we support organisations and individuals who consider monetary gains secondary and their main focus is to improve our society and environment. Our appreciation doesn't end at words of praise. We select the best social entrepreneurs and help them develop their ideas. We provide them with expert mentors and we strengthen their teams and marketing activities with grants. Our support serves as a catalyst of social change. Since 2013, we reviewed 200 organisations and invested EUR 150.000 in the eight best social ventures.

Jozef Bardík, a strategy advisor of PROVIDA, focuses on entrepreneurship and investment with social impact. He graduated in strategic management from the Faculty of Management at Comenius University in Bratislava. He worked in private equity as well as in strategic consulting (McKinsey & Company, Deloitte Financial Advisory). He supports “Detstvo Deťom”, a non-profit day care centre working with Roma children in Slovakia and several other non-profits focused primarily on education. He is also an independent investor and consultant in the field of real estate and finance. In his free time Jozef loves travelling around Portugal and India.
